Ok for the last couple of days i keep gettin a weird feelin in my throat like someones kinda grabbin it like somethings trapped not sure how to explain it just feels funny and kinda freakin me out now

That is a very common feeling with anxiety. I have it all the time.

I get that too. Like a couple days my throat will be very tight and hard to swallow. It's a symptom of anxiety. It's because your tongue is tensed up.
