All the time I find myself confused as to whether it's my anxiety or something more sinister it feels so bad. I think it's just because our minds are always over active tho I'm not sure..

It could be because ur anxiety makes ur muscles so tense all the time so it eventually causes them to be very painful I've done nothing today and I'm contemplating going to sleep as I can't keep my eyes open it just doesn't make sense.

I have been to CBT but its quite away from where i live but it's also freezing out and I was literally shivering and tense so I am wondering if its that

It probably is most physical symptoms that we suffer can be traced back to our anxiety. Try practicing some of the techniques you've learnt at your cbt sessions maybe?

What Physical symptoms do you get Hannah? I have Heath anxiety but I really do struggle to believe that all my symptoms are caused by anxiety. My main thing is nausea/lack of appeite. My stomach muscles always feel tight too.

Too many haha I'll list a few:

Nausea
Dizziness
Feeling spaced out
Sweating
Weak bladder
Tiredness
Tingly feeling
Constipation (sorry)
Aching muscles

Etc etc

When I google my symptoms all sorts of conditions come up but so does anxiety so it's very confusing.

Guess were in the same boat.

Always, I often feel weak and tired but I put it down to my meds most of the time. If you want to get reassurance it's nothing more sinister, visit your GP, he or she will most likely say it's down to anxiety if you're known to suffer from anxiety a lot, but always worth a visit either way.

My doctors are never worth a visit as much use as a chocolate teapot. They don't pay much attention unless in their opinion it's a 'real' illness.
