Hi, I have just joined this site and am also a member of another very helpful forum.
I was just wondered if anyone suffers anything similar with their anxiety. I am presently in the 'thick' of a bad bout of daily anxiety and feel pretty ill most of the time. One of the most uncomfortable and annoying symptoms, aside from the usual head pressure, is a weird feeling right the way down my spine, almost as though the muscles either side are pushing inwards towards my spine, leaving it feeling tight, tingly with intermittent twinges of pain.
Anyone suffered anything similar?
