Benzodiazpine with the best muscle relaxing properties?

Anyone knows which benzo possess the best muscle relaxing properties? Is it Diazepam/valium?

I believe it's diazepam

I have these and when your so tense it makes your body relax and feel heavy

Diazepam is the valuim but it's just under a different name. Was called valuim years ago. It's brilliant for a quick fix to calm anxiety (even at most severe ) .
