Physio therapy

well I'm at physio therapy on Friday.. doctor seems to think it's my posture an stuff what's causing this chest and arm pain.. another doc thinks it's reflux so has given me tablets :/ I just don't no!

Anyone been to physio and thought it helped chest pain and stuff?
