Pins and Needles/ Numbness in left arm and leg

Hi guys...me again :o)
I have had this numb, pins and needles feeling in my left arm and leg off and on for about 3 days now. If it is not that, my lower back hurts and both of my legs feel "weird"...kind of numb and heavy. The pins and needles is mostly in my hands and feet, but my arm and leg "feel" numb.
My question is, does anyone else ever get this with anxiety? It is starting to worry me...I am convinced I have MS or a brain tumor.

I've had that, but mostly with both my hands, and not very often. They also feel clumsy when I type, which is kind of new. :C
