I have read these can help with anxiety. Has anyone tried and with what result?

Hi

As far as I undertand it, B vitamins are essential for a healthy nervous system and deficiency can lead to anxiety problems but, unless you are a long-term alcoholic or have a really poor diet, you shouldn't really have a deficiency.

MUCH more likely than a deficiency in B-vitamins would be a deficiency in magnesium. This is actually MUCH more common that you might think, as most people consume few fruits and vegetables (which are THE major source of magnesium). Magnesium deficieny can definitely cause anxiety symptoms. And you may want to supplement. However, it is doubtful that you can expect any miracles from it.
