You are out in public and I feel short of breath just walking around or up stairs? It subsides when I get to my car or my seat (if going to an athletic event).

At times, but then again I'm a smoker. When you're anxious your body is under stress and works overtime, so shortness of breath is to be expected.

Do you experience any dizziness or loss of vision in these instances?
Any odd sensations in your arms?

no dizziness or loss of vision. I have sensations in my arms sometimes. but I think that is due to the Paxil.

As long as there's no loss of balance or lapses in conciousness I wouldn't worry too much about it. If the sensations in your arms persist I'd check it out with your GP - one less thing to worry about.
