All the time! Now it's this odd pain under my left ribs on the front and back. It's a squeezing pain that's been coming and going every 5 minutes or less for like the last 5 hours... Anyone else have this??? It only lasts for like 5-10 seconds at a time.

shooting pain, everyone has it, because anxious people tend to tense the body. Take tylenol or iburprophen and heating pad and go to bed with good book. In the morning your are going to be fine. Tylenol would be my choice with that pain

camomille tea or warm milk with a spoon of honey would help too:))
