How bad can peoples IBS get? And where is the pain most located?

IBS can be as simple as an easily upset bowel with irregularity, or as rough as many surgeries, debilitating pain leading to suicide. I've seen it a few times and it varies greatly person to person. Pain can be anywhere in your belly and even referred pain in other parts of your body, it's really just a blanket term, doesn't necessarily refer to o e condition alone.

And where is the pain most located? when I'm in high anxiety mine wakes me up in the nyte nd I'm not a soft ass wiv pain but it's agony nd it can go right under my left breast the pain wiv acid and I have to be careful what I eat as almost anything will set it off wen it's bad
