Any1 else here been told they have anxiety cos of constant physical symptoms and multiple trips to docs but have never had a panic attack like me (TOUCH WOOD) :/ that's why I find it hard to believe it anxiety but I've had chest pain all over arm pain sob and random pain all over for months :( so what else???

What kind of chest pain ? When does it come? Does it hurt?

I've had chest pain mostly under left breast (sharp stabbing pains) ad I've had discomfort over centre of chest between boobs comes on at any time I can feel it soon as I wake up then it'll be on n off all day 8 month of this none stop :/ and yes it hurts most the time.
