Heartbeat

Last night when I lay down it was like I could feel my heartbeat in every part of my body and its happening again tonight I am on propanolol is it anything to be worried about?

Oh don't feel alone I'm going through the same, do you ever feel your heart beating through you back? Or have you ever seen oh beating through your stomach ?

I have seen it beating through my stomach but never felt it like this before really struggling to concentrate on anything else

I am not sure I can feel it in my face etc its really weird

Wen we panic are heart pumps blood quicker to are muscle to prepare uz for fight or flight so because the body is being pumped all over ur body u will feel it every where. Try and sip water deep breaths put a gud film on or play a good game on ur fne till u no longer pay it attention or what I do is put my head fnes in nd go on you tube and type in guided meditation to help anxiety and it calms me down nd takes my mind off the problem ;)

Thing is I am not panicking it's just when I am sitting I feel it

I have woken up with my heart beating so strongly I feel it everywhere, not panicking or having a dream or anything. It has only been in the last month or so this is happening so I tried switching to decaf coffee and it hasn't happened since. I think my trouble was too much caffeine, easy fix for me.
