I've read a few articles online about people drinking certain types of tea, or other remedies that help them calm down during high anxiety situations. Any interesting one's out there worth sharing? Sometimes I'm ready to try just about anything.

Lemon balm, camomile, white tea, even peppermint works on anxiety and countless more, like warm milk, ext

I use chamomile. .....it works well.
