Weak, shaky legs

Does anyone else get this? I have never had it before. I was standing up making a sandwich and my legs were shaking uncontrollably. They also felt weak...I have been extremely anxious the last 2 days. Very snappy and irritable, shaky inside, feel like I wanna scream. Just wondering if this shaky leg thing is a symptom of anxiety :(

Yes I get that. Sometimes it's just tremors. Sometimes my legs shake uncontrollably.

I do not know for sure, but if you feel shaky mentally it might affect your body, and vice versa physical illness aggravate the anxiety.
