Advice about propanolol

I take 20mg three times daily and it's working great, I take one at 8am one at 2pm and one at 10pm

I feel the 10pm one its a massive gap between doses and I am terrified the adrenaline rushes back into my heart and I have a heart attack

Would this happen?

With such a little dose no :)

I was on 80mg a day and stopped it dead because I started having funny breathing problems.... I am on the same as you now and I take mine as and when I need it :) I only took 20mg today but yesterday I took 40mg...

No. It just blunts the effect of adrenaline. A heart attack is caused by a blockage/clot, electrical problem or an actual structural problem and not anything to do with propranolol level. Alankay
