Hello :) I'm new to the forum.
Diagnosed with GAD, depression, with panic attacks for a number of years. Just wanted to introduce myself before posting anywhere else.

Hi Emma. I have Bi-polar and I suffer from terrible Panic Attacks as well. To me, the panic is FAR worse than being either depressed or manic.

Anyway, hope you're doing well. Some nice people here.

Welcome to the forum I also suffer from GAD, depression and panic attacks. I love this forum it's helped me a great deal and I have met some amazing people here.
