I have been having a tough time getting through anxiety fears.I feel that I have been much better with anxiety but I fear a relapse.Any advice on how I can keep on the right path would be very helpful.I need some advice on how to just get up out of bed instead of thinking about what the day will bring,thanks in advance.Getting over procrastination is a tough one for me knowing I will feel uncomfortable sensations if I do what I fear.Being on medication has helped somewhat.
