feeling unwell everyday

does anyone else not feel well every single day? I feel chest pain / arm pain or just have that funny feeling where I just feel off every day :( I wish I felt normal for one day!

I feel unwell everyday I cry most days about not feeling normal anymore it's horrible :( I just want one day to feel normal xx
