Arm pain!!

every now n then my upper left arm near shoulder will go numb for like five secs for no reason :/ anyone else

My left arm is hurting and my left side off the head and my jaw im kinda freaking out. This has happend before Nd docs say is anxiety
Im 22 ans they tell me im to young to have heart problems i feel weird rite now tho.

Yes when I get very anxious the same thing happens to me. It is usually a precursor to a panic attack also. It all has to to with being tense and hyperventilating. Muscles get tired.
