Feel heart beat

Does anyone else feel there heart beat constantly?
I can feel my heart beating without even feeling for it with my hand,I can be laying down and concentrate on my bearing heart.

Although when I'm unfocused I cannot feel a thing.
Anyone else do this?

I feel my pulse a lot when I feel my heart it racing and most of the time it's not racing

I have only done this since my panic attack xx

Yup I can feel mine all the time. Mostly when I'm laying down or trying to relax. Its more annoying than anything.

Yes happens to me as well and it's really annoying. Sometimes I cringe so that I can't feel it beat..lol
