Help with meds

How were you guys prescribed to your meds?
I have wanting to try and give them ago,to see if they will help me improve.

I went to a behavioral health doctor, explained my symptoms and they prescribed a med they believed would help.

I just told my doctor I wanted to try them, he said ok, gave me a script, a few years later said I wanted to quit, he said ok again. Was real easy :)
