Irritated & scared

I've been getting new scary symptoms... Laying in bed and chest starts feeling heavy and then my heart like its gonna stop... Then I get very frightened, is this anxiety??

Sounds like it. Have you been sick? I've been battling a respiratory infection for a few weeks and I've been experiencing the same thing. I'm not sleeping worth a darn. Sigh.

Yeah had a cold. Now I think I'm panicking but I feel like I'm having a heart attack! My chest feel so heavy and pressure and I'm breathing fast cotton mouth

Bless your heart. I'm in the same boat. I just got out of bed and doing some cleaning to keep myself from panicking. At least that'll distract me and keep my mind occupied until I get sleepy enough to go back to bed. Hope you feel better soon. :-)
