Burning sensation running through my body.

Hi does anyone else experience this feeling. It's feels like a burning sensation running up and down my arms and legs and up my neck. Then my heart starts racing. Xx

Yes both legs and arms burn when I'm anxious.

I have the burning flowing right through my body As if I have fire running through me then my heart starts pounding. Not sure if it's the nerve endings. Anyon e else get this.
