Feels like butterflies you would get when your nervous exept its your heart. Very strange sensation =]

That's what I thought... Guess I've been getting them :( scared me into a very long panic attack recently

Mine feel like my heart loses it's rhythm for a few seconds and goes all over the place. It's perfectly normal for people with anxiety though. :) When it happens just focus your mind on something else because the more you focus on the palpitations the more it happens.
