people who get chest pains.. do your chest pains always feel the same and in the same place or is it like me.. my chest pains are in the centre and left side but move different places on the left side.. and they feel different from each other :(

I'd say I get pains at least 20/30 times a day :(

Yep every time I focus on my heart I get weird pains in the left arm and heart region almost like butterfly feeling.

Yep that's when it scares me at most,when pains start unexpectingly.

I get chest pains most days actually every day it's always left sided sometimes its ache and sometimes it's an shooting pain it's awful it sets my anxiety off and I don't need to be focusing on my heart I just seem to have it all the time ever since my first panic attack

I've had it all day today and every other day I'm sick of it :( what do you's do to help it? and how do you keep calm? chest pain all day isn't good :(

I put this down to muscle pain I bought some heat rub for this and it seems to ease the pain and settles my mind I was taking ibuprofen for this but wasn't working so I was freaking out more

I work in a gp surgery and one of the doctors told me that if it was cardiac pain I would feel like I had 2 ton of coal on my chest

(sorry I am not sure if this is an American site which I have just gate crashed from the uk and you have different generic names for medication)

I get chest pains every day. Either below my left rib or my Left Brest area. It's mainly like a heartburn feeling though. And then thinking about it makes it worse. I get it at least 2 times a day
