Hangover and anxiety

My goodness! Does anyone else feel like absolute hell on a hangover??? My heart races and it feels like it's almost quivering in my chest. It's scaring me so bad. I know better and always get worse anxiety after drinking so it's my own fault but I cannot sit still. I constantly have to shake my leg or something or else I feel worse. Any pointers? This is the worst

Yes. I don't drink anymore because my anxiety is so much worse the next day.
