I've recently been working on some things and it has been a long time coming. Years of suffering through anxiety and depression and I finally decided to try and get help. I've been seeing a therapist for 3 weeks now and she's been trying to help me sort some things out.
One big problem I've been struggling with is self injury.
She suggested an online forum for when I'm feeling overwhelmed or alienated. I thought a self injury forum would be potentially triggering so I thought an anxiety forum may be a good alternative and she agreed.
I'm not entirely used to going on online forums and am a little nervous about the whole thing to say the least.
But, I figure if it can help at all I should keep an open mind.
