Riding body temprature

Does anybody's body temperature rise when you are anxious. Today I have been feeling cold but my face is boiling to touch. I'm Also feeling pounding in my chest. I know I'm making it worse because I'm constantly waiting to feel it !

This is happening to me as we speak. I got scared yesterday from a head pain and once I was trying to go to bed, I felt like my body was ice cold, yet my head was warm. Same thing sitting here at work today, my hands are ice cold but my head is warm and chest is flushed. I definitely think it's anxiety.
