Basically, you post a statement about the next poster (we'll shorten that to TNP = The Next Poster!). It can be anything from what they are wearing, what they enjoy doing, anything at all. And then the next poster just says True or False, and then posts another statement.

Quite true. I've been vegetarian for 13 years. I drink a homemade smoothie every day & have changed my diet over the last few months in order to try to help my anxiety.
