TBH, getting my hormone levels checked was one of the best things that I'd ever done and smartest things too (if you'd read all the stupid shit that I'm capable of doing too). Once the test was back I then knew the (real) reasons for many things that were wrong with me. Anxiety levels, energy levels, mood, slow muscle growth, extreme joint pain, unbalanced heart rate, auto-immune disease, and that's just a few issues caused by out of wack hormones. I am now eyeballin the arm of the couch, now that you said that..LMAO!!! The vegan diet is extremely difficult, challenging, yes planning for the correct nutrient intake, but you don't HAVE to be a vegan you could try vegetarian instead and still eat eggs, and even dairy probably too as some do. They just don't eat meat. Meat eaters have higher anxiety levels (because it jacks up digestion processes and creates INTERNAL body heat which can cause those that have anxiety to have panic attacks easier). I love the vegan diet for that purpose as it keeps internal body temps lower and allows the digestive system to work way less harder to chew things up. Does that make simple sense bruh? We really only need about 40grams of protein a day and that is very easy to get, even being a vegetarian. Anything more then that, creates more internal energy, more heat, and you just p*ss it out anyway. That's why those weightlifting fuggers were so funny as they would drink 80g protein shakes and think that they were doing something good, they just drank $4 worth of shit, and p*ssed out $4 worth of shit 30 minutes later. BAAAHA!!

There are some vitamin concerns and amino concerns with being a vegan, but those are easily supplemented. I feel as good as an old, deadly disease carrying, worn out, dumbass can feel!!! YAY!!!
