Hello All
I'm 22 years old. I study Archeaology. I read books and comics, play pc-games and climb rocks.
I've got anxiety. I'm scared of a lot of things, some of them I think about every day.
I'm scared of dying, not getting hit by a car or having an illness as such but the actual dying part, the unknown. I can't seem to let it go.
I'm scared of writing, turning in big papers, starting assingments, it may sound silly to you but, I put them off for longer and longer, some times I begin writing only a few hours before the deadline.
I'm scared of "grown ups", I feel a lot like a child and even though I work as a substitute teacher at a school, I tend to avoid any contact with the teachers and the teachers lounge and the parents.
I'm scared of people finding out just how insecure I really am. I feel wierd about my gender, all my life my friends have been boys, my toys; dinosaurs and playstation games, my heroes; batman and Indiana Jones. Interacting with other girls is very, very diffiult for me and the realisation of this even worse.-and sadly no, dressing up, make-up and keeping weigth down dosen't help much (real life is no teen-movie).
Best,
Angie
