Does anyone else when they get cold an shiver and shake get a horrible knotted tummy

Yes all the time! When I get bad attacks I shiver and shake like crazy then usually feel like I'm going to puke the rest of the day.

As soon as I stop shaking I'm ok. Maybe this is why I hate the winter so much. I feel it so much more in my stomach than anywhere else when I'm cold. Sounds weird to others when they don't understand. But when I'm anxious I can't be hot coz makes me worse
