Head blocked

Can anyone relate to head pressure some numbness,headache like pain,fogged feeling,and feel a little dumber at times?

Yes to all of those, I also find it really hard to focus my vision on things. I spend all day assessing how and what I feel. Frustrating

Yep same. My symptoms are all head related. I have them constantly - even when not anxious.
My worst is this really bad off balance feeling and a vertigo feeling when sitting

I got that really bad when I started taking my meds. It was brutal!
