Flip flop

Anyone ever get the feeling that your heart is flopping around in your chest like a fish out of water?? I had that feeling yesterday and it sent me straight into a MAJOR panic attack! I've been pretty much anxiety/panic free for a month until that happened yesterday!

I've never experienced that,but I do sometimes get sharp pains around the heart area,it's like if I concentrate on the heart region pain will occur untill my mind loses interest.

Yes I get that at the start of my attacks. Pretty sure it's the chest muscles spasming. Being constantly tense and breathing quick is enough to get em going

Hello MrsJ88 - been awhile since we have crossed paths

I think my heart just floats around banging into all kinds of sh*t.

I often get the palipitations but they dont scare me anymore

So it doesnt set me off. I have had them so many times that I have determined them to be harmless

I just enjoy them now. I just dance to them. Awkward when I am in a meeting but those people dont have rhythum like youre truly
