Weird chest feeling

hen I usually settle down for bed I get a weird feeling in the left of my chest like someone's squeezing it or it's swaying inside no pain there tho but it's happened quite a lot :/ anyone else??

Only might get similar if I had been tensed us and then I begin to relax. We are letting go of that tense feeling. We may not even know we are tensed up. I think we always are. Just in case. So we are ready for anything. Though most of the time nothing will happen. Getting into bed relaxes us. Leaves us with the odd ache or two.
