head twitch?

hi there
lately my head has been twitching slightly. and its scaring the crap out of me, ive also had muscle twitches and jerking but his is a new one, can anyone relate?

Most definitely. This is caused by muscle tension due to stress. Your best bet for defeating chronic tension to the extent where its causing your muscles to spasm is either swimming or cycling. You'll ache for a few days at first, but there's your solution. Worry will bring it back on again, but the trick is to keep the exercise up so that your adrenaline levels are kept to a minimum and therefore tension is less likely to occur.
