I need to post this because I had a huge moment yesterday! I went in a downward spiral and started not going into public places very much. Doc started me on lexapro, I've been waiting for it to work. Well, over the course of this week I did the following: Went to CVS and bought some stuff!, Went to the dollar Store and bought something, went to the pet store (small, not giant chain) and bought stuff, went to Kroger and bought a chunk of cheese (that one was hard!) went to the post office and mailed a package (made sure there was no line first though :-) And the final BIG deal was went to the school movie night at my daughter's school last night. It was in the cafeteria and PACKED to the brim. I stayed the WHOLE TIME!!! (the last venture to the school ended with me having a big panic attack in the library at the book fair, so this is HUGE). My husband is like 'good job' but I know he doesn't fully understand. I see the counselor next Tuesday and had to share this with some people who would really understand the bigness of it!
Thanks guys!

I've continued to make small moves, but boy are they exhausting! Last night (Halloween fall fest at church) was a touch one! Also last Sunday went to church (the last time I was there I had a PA) and had to stay the whole time b/c my oldest baby (12 yrs) was getting baptized! Huge moment as a mom that I couldn't miss.

Thanks for your encouragement! Since I've been doing these little things my husband thinks I'm 'healed' and has stopped being so encouraging.
