Every week, I have 3,4 days that I can be pretty comfortable like a 2 or 3 scale of anxiety. Then the next days I'll wake up 4-5x in the middle of the night with panic attacks. I'm not doing anything to cause them I'm sleeping wtf. Then the days are horrible , like 9 scale anxiety n panic . I dont take pills but I have them. I stopped gambling and I'm the same. I stopped playing hours of ps3 I'm the same. Stopped eating sweats and sugary stuff. I'm the same. Could it be cuz I sleep at 4 am n wake up at 3 pm? N some nights the sleeps r crap. ??????
