Scenario is simple I am a 34 year old male who is dealing with some serious anxiety issues. Haven't gone through this in about 12 years and seems to have come on out of nowhere. I am a new father and my son is kind of hitting the terrible 2's early. I have a high stress job as I am in the collections industry and deal with confrontation daily. And the holiday season I guess all became triggers and the symptoms have hit at all areas including a full out panic attack during work after a tough call. The release of all of this in the forums and reading others who have these symptoms has helped tremedously. Symptoms that I have read about on here I have had so that really helped as well...One thing I do have that havben't heard alot about are twitches in my front neck including some cramps in the front of the neck as well as some severe tightness and twitching in my head. I know those are probably stemming from tension as my neck and lat area are concrete and my wife had to try to get out about 4 knots the other day. The thing I have found extremely helpful is excercise as I played in a basketball tournament yesterday and really helped release alot of the tensions. Just needed to ask is there a direct relationship between bad eating habits and anxiety and could that be a trigger trigger? I am very bad at skipping meals during the day and found lately that it may have an effect. Also any truth to vitamins helping? Should I be concerned on the twitches and cramping in the front of my neck? And I have severe popping in my jaw which could be tmj and will be having that checked during my physical....Back of neck cracks everytime I turn it but I am scared to death of a chiropractor......And lastly for tension headaches is there anything anyone has found to be the best remedy? Advil is not doing it and I heard excedrin was better for that stuff? I do enjoy my beers during my leagues but couldn't get through one last week as my head felt like it was in a vice and ready to explode. Does acohol contribute to the tightness or expansion of the scalp? I appreciate any and all feedback and help and thanks for listening/reading
