So I went today to turn in my holter monitor and did a stress test.
The results came back fine for both tests....the cardiologist said that I had some minor PVC's on the monitor, but he said that is normal. Everyone gets them. The results from my ECHO were good too. He did say I have mild Mitral Valve Prolapse, but I already knew I had that (I've had it for 4 years and it hasn't gotten any worse). I am happy everything came back fine and I am feeling majorly reassured. Although the flutters are still happening I know that they are benign, so that helps ease my anxiety a little.
Now, I need to just get my mind to the point where when I have a pain somewhere or a flutter I say,"It's just anxiety!!!"
