Hi I'm new. :wave: I've been anxious my whole life, I've had panic attacks and depression too and I suffer from SAD. I've had ten plus councillors/therapists etc but really I'd just like to talk to someone else going through similar things to what I am.

Welcome I am new too. I suffer from anxiety sometimes I wonder if I have SAD but my doctor never diagnoses me he fobs me off with meds because my doctors don't understand mental health
