I'll get shakes real bad sometimes. Sometimes it's just my legs other times it's my entire body. Just shaking uncontrollably. If I do some breathing exercises it will usually go away.

Does anyone else get random body shivers?

I think I get what you are describing..for myself it feels like a rush of shivers normally through my abdomen. Last night it happened through my left side back and chest, felt almost as though I was hungry, and right now just writing this I feel them on and off through my back.
