Does anyone else get tired out of the blue as if someone just zapped all the energy out of you?

Absolutely. I will be chugging along and suddenly I am so tired I cannot lift my arms. I have anemia so I am not sure if it's anemia, anxiety or depression but whatever it is....yes. And I feel guilty because of it.
