chest pain

I am having pain in the centre of my chest :/ had an ok day and morning so far then this comes on.. no reason at All. have had shortness of breathe all day tho. hate it

You are not alone. yes, it's scary but focusing on it will make it feel worse. do your best to keep your mind off of it and force yourself to breathe deep. it's times like this i'm glad to see we have a forum to go to for help.
