Does anyone else get ringing in ears??it is driving me insane!!!!also,my head feels full tonight for some reason??I am trying to sleep but I am thinking the worst as usual?!

My ears ring constantly. It is so annoying but the more I tune into it, the louder it gets. I try and have alot of "white noise" going at all times. For example a fan when I am trying to fall asleep. It helps.
