I have faint ear ringing in both ears. I only hear it when everything else is completely silent. It scares me so bad. Ive had it for as long as I can remember. But what if it gets louder? Or I go deaf?
I havent posted on here in a while as I thought I was doing better. My prozac dosage was upped and that seems to really help with the on edge feeling I had. But now these fears and ocd thoughts are creeping up again. Help please. I just need someone to talk to.
