Cramp!

I keep getting leg cramp. in both legs but diff times.. one day it'll be my left and today it's my right and it lasts ages!! nothing will get rid... anyone else?

My legs can hurt from time to time. I always put it down to me sitting around in the one spot for too long. Yours may be different. I like to get up and move about. At times it will go away. Other times it may last a day or two. It is never something that really concerns me. Because it does always go away for very long spells. If it is something you get every day of the week it might be worth mentioning to your doctor on your next visit. But a doctor will probably just say anxiety. Their answer to almost everything.
