Has anyone stopped beta blockers

Be noticed since weaning from beta blockers two weeks ago my heart pounds now. Not all the time just if I climb a ladder or rush to bathroom or do something fast??? Is this safe or normal?

It just alarms me I mean it beats so hard that it hurts sometimes, will it always be like this?

*hugs* No, I don't think it will always be like this. I think you're nervous and that makes your heart already beat fast and that's why it seems unusual.
