Lower right side stomach pain

Have had this pain all day I do have gerd bong don't feel gerd related its like a dull ache I'm scared its somthing series I hate having health anxiety cause I can never be sure and have been to so many dr visits this year I did have a kidney stone and hoping I don't have another one :( I don't know what to do

I have had this exact same problem tonight man it sux has me all thinking negative on what it is I'm shaking it off and just telling myself its my anxiety but I'm feeling disoriented and really weak I hope it goes away and for the side pain get a heat pad and put on it or try to take your mind off it it I know it's hard but just know it will go away
