I'm not certain . But I have been dizzy for three months straight . Just trying to figure out why

You can get a hair mineral test for around £45, that will check its level.

Its rare peoples levels are low enough to cause severe dizziness, as its easy enough to get from food. For £8 a bottle its worth taking anyway. It's useful for heart palps and muscular symptoms (which can affect dizziness.
